- Aviation and Special Event Planning - Our group has created Emergency Response Plans for special events such and Survival Skills Competitions, International group travel, Air shows, etc. Most of which required government sign off and approval prior to the event proceeding.
One of the keys to recovery is having a plan in place to respond appropriately in the first place. Mitigation of critical areas of concern can reduce the impact post incident. Once the incident occurs however we have professionals available to initiate clean up and business resumption activities.
A significant component of any plan is training. Our team can provide you with various training programs such as the following:
- Orientations: For individuals or the whole team, whether on-line or in person, whether in your home or in your field office we can adjust to your requirements.
- Drills: Need to test a small component of your plan? We can facilitate a drill as a surprise or a planned event.
- Tabletop Exercises: These low stress exercises allow your team to gather together and walk through the steps of a response using your tools, forms, plans and experience. This allows the team to work through problems in a format that doesn’t result in catastrophic failures should an issue arise.
- Functional Exercise: Your first hands on exercise? Deploy personnel to respond to the incident focussing on specific issues.
- Major Exercises: Deployment of resources in real time to really dig into a response. This is usually the culmination of a two or three-year training program.
